A few things you should know
The breakfast was amazing with a really good variety of foods available, and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
There were issues with the cleanliness of the hotel and persistently noisy air conditioning units, which interrupted sleep.

The stay was lovely with clean rooms and a fantastic variety of breakfast options that kept us satisfied. We enjoyed unwinding in the sparkling outdoor pool and the relaxing lounge area during our downtime. The only downside was that the shower pressure could’ve been a bit stronger, but it didn’t take away from our overall experience! 😊

I enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield Inn in Cotulla due to its convenient location, making it easy to access nearby shops and dining options. The breakfast offered a great variety, with quality food that impressed me. Rosa Maria at the front desk provided exceptional assistance when I had a TV issue, which made my experience more pleasant. However, my room showed some damage. the bathroom had marks on the walls, which was concerning. I also felt that the pool area lacked sufficient shade, especially during the hot Texas days. Overall, I had a good night's sleep, but the hard beds took a toll on my back. I appreciate the efforts of the staff but hope they address the cleanliness and comfort aspects in the future.
